APPOINTMENT :
Online booking is available. Your appointment will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation notice from us.
As we provide one-one-one services, we may occasionally ask to adjust your appointment time depending on the schedule. For this reason, we may contact you directly before or after your booking is confirmed to assist with scheduling. We appreciate your understanding.

オンライン予約がご利用いただけます。当店からの予約確定のご連絡をもって、ご予約が確定となります。
当店はマンツーマン施術のため、状況によりご予約時間のご移動をお願いする場合がございます。
そのため、ご予約確定前後を問わずスケジュール調整のため直接ご連絡させていただくことがございます。

LATE ARRIVAL :
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled.
This is because our services are provided within fixed time slots, and delays may affect the following appointments. To ensure a smooth start to your appointment, we kindly ask that you arrive by your scheduled appointment time.
As each stylist works within a limited schedule, even a shot delay can impact the overall flow of the day.
If you think you may be running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do best to accomodate where possible. Thank you for your understanding.

ご来店が遅れた場合、施術時間の短縮、予約の変更、またはキャンセルとなる場合がございます。
これは、施術が限られた時間枠の中で行われており、次のお客様のご案内にも影響が出てしまうためです。スムーズなご案内のため、ご予約時間までにご来店くださいますようお願いいたします。
各スタイリストは限られたスケジュールの中で施術を行っているため、わずかな遅れでも全体に影響が出てしまいます。遅れる可能性がある場合には、できるだけ早めにお電話にてご連絡ください。

CANCELATION / RESCHDULE :
No-shows or last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on salon operations.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in the deposit being non-refundable. If an emergency arises within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Choosing a Preferred Hairdresser :
A $5 fee applies if you choose a preferred hairdresser. If no preference is selected, your appoimtnet will be assigned to any available hairdresser.

For the health and safety of your hair, we’re unable to offer perming or straightening services on bleached or highlighted hair, as these treatments may cause excessive damage.
Appointment Requests :

A $5 fee applies if you request a specific hairdresser.

Japanese Straightening
Our Japanese Straightening process works by breaking the hair bonds, resetting them with a flat iron, and leaving your hair sleek and straight. This method offers permanent results, dramatically improving your hair’s manageability—perfect for standing up to windy environments without the worry of messy hair.
We use Shiseido Professional, which includes a haircut and Cureplex, a cutting-edge bond and buffer formulation product that helps strengthen and protect your hair. The procedure typically takes 3 to 4.5 hours or more, depending on your hair condition.
The longevity of the results varies: many clients return after around six months, though it may last as little as 3-4 months or even longer in other cases.
Please note, this treatment is not suitable for bleached or highlighted hair, as it cannot withstand the chemicals involved.

Quick Treatment / Deluxe Treatment
Our treatments are designed to soften, hydrate, and nourish your hair, leaving it smooth, shiny, and healthy. We offer a variety of professional treatments tailored to combat different levels of damage, using high-quality Japanese productsknown for their restorative benefits.
Treatments are especially important for chemically treated hair, such as colored, permed, or straightened hair. They not only prevent chemical oxidation but also help prolong the effects of these services by sealing the hair shaft and providing a brilliant shine.

Quick Treatment: Offered alongside other services, it takes an additional 10-20 minutes.

Deluxe Treatment: A deeper, more nourishing treatment that hydrates and keeps your hair smooth and healthy.
We also offer Head Spa & Treatments, which stimulate scalp circulation and provide a refreshing experience through a relaxing massage. This not only relieves tension but also strengthens your roots and softens your hair.
Perms
Cold perm/ Digital perm
Perm is a process that creates permanent waves in your hair by breaking and rebuilding the bonds to form the desired shape. Our perms are simply variations of the two different processes -Digital Perm or Cold Perm.
Digital perm makes the curls more prominent with dry hair and loose when it is wet. Whereas cold perm is more defined when the hair is wet.The entire process of digital perm, including a cut, shampoo and dry, takes 3 hours approximately and starting from 2.5 hours for cold perm. Digital perms do not add as much volume at the roots as cold perms because the hot rollers cannot be kept too close to your scalp. Cold perms are less damaging than digital perms. But they often come with tighter, less natural looking curls. The prices of our Digital perming depends on hair length. The prices of cold perming varies depending on hair length and perm design. All perm includes haircut, wash and dry.
The best way to determine whether any perm is right for you is to consult a stylist. Your stylist will be able to choose the best solution for your desire for permanent curls! You should NOT try this procedure if you've already had bleach or highlight colour because your hair won't be able to handle the chemicals.
Coloring
Basic colour/ Design colour/ Foiling/ Bleaching
Your stylist will work closely with you to select the best color option tailored to your look and everyday lifestyle. We are highly experienced in all aspects of permanent color, including regrowth, inner color, balayage, ombre, and color correction.
We specialize in correcting Japanese hair color, using products specifically recommended for Asian hair. Our color services utilize premium Japanese products, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting color while maintaining the health of your hair. For bleaching processes, we use a high-quality Australian bleach brand known for its effectiveness and ability to achieve stunning, natural results with minimal damage.
The price of color services varies depending on hair length, color choice, and design.
